Ray is amazing. We have a 1904 bungalow with original fir floors that had been torn apart over time and painted over. When we had him come by to look at the floor, his level of confidence that he could get the job done was what sold me immediately. He removed the paint and brought our floors back to their original splendor, just as he said he would do. We are now looking to move into a bigger home and I can't help but refer him to all of the realtors we are meeting. He will probably get a lot of work just from my word of mouth, so hopefully he won't be too busy when I call him up again to work on a future home!

A good friend highly recommended Ray at Cromwell Hill to refinish my floors. Raymond was phenomenal from start to finish. He was prompt with schedule and communication. Which is hard to find with contractors these days. We decided to gamble a little bit on the color and try for a gray stain. After Raymond gave us several options we decided to go for it. It turned out awesome, we couldn't be happier. Raymond really prides himself on doing quality work, paying attention to the small details. He was also very personable and easy to get along with. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.  The price was also very reasonable!
