The before and after photos above are from a private residence on Belmont St. we removed 3 layers of old vinyl tile, before the shiplap subfloor revealed itself. Here select white oak strip was installed to match the rest of the home. The finish comprised one coat of sealer and 4 coats of water-based Swedish finish.
